Be the answer, not the asterisk

When a buyer asks ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini for the best in your category, one name gets recommended, and it should be yours. Limelit watches every answer, catches the moment you go missing, and hands you the exact page, post or quote most likely to flip it.

1,000 credits on signup, no card. Enough to see exactly where the models skip you before you pay a cent.

01 / The whole loop

See it. Fix it. Win it.

Other tools hand you a dashboard and wish you luck. Limelit closes the loop: it shows where AI skips you, drafts the page that wins the answer back, and tracks it climbing.

01

See

Where AI answers your buyers without you: every engine, every prompt, with the receipts.

02

Fix

Every gap becomes scored, assignable work, plus a draft that beats the sources AI cites today.

03

Win

Watch your rank climb across every model, and prove the move actually moved.

02 / Prompt × engine grid

Every buyer question, on every engine.

One grid grades where you rank for the questions that decide deals. Darker means you're winning, red means a competitor took your spot.

04 / What you get

Three things, done properly.

Limelit doesn't try to be a marketing suite. It measures AI visibility, and turns the findings into specific moves your team can ship.

01

Prompt coverage, cross-checked daily.

We generate the buying-intent prompts your customers actually use, then run them across six models daily so drift and silent demotions never sneak past.

02

Trend lines that mean something.

Share of voice, first-mention rate, sentiment and citations, tracked per model and per prompt. See the moment a competitor takes your spot, not three weeks later.

03

The exact pages each model cites.

For every answer, we surface the sources the model leaned on, so you know which pages to write, which to fix, and where to land a guest piece.

07 / Questions

The things people ask us first.

What does Limelit do?

Limelit watches what AI answer engines say about your category and tells you when you are being recommended, when you are missing, and what to fix. It tracks visibility, share of voice, position, sentiment and the sources each engine cites, then turns those gaps into reviewed work you can publish.

Which AI engines does Limelit track?

Six, on every account: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. There is no engine paywall, so nothing is locked behind an upgrade.

How much does Limelit cost?

Limelit is free to start. Every new account gets 1,000 credits on signup with no card, no subscription and no seat fees. After that you prepay in one-time top-ups, from $50 for 5,250 credits to $500 for 60,000 credits, where 1 credit is $0.01 of usage. Credits never expire.

What do credits actually buy?

You spend credits only when you run work. An AI-readiness site scan is free, a prompt refresh across every engine is roughly 160 credits, and a full blog draft is roughly 550. Those are estimates and you are billed for actual usage, so you can set a spend cap and Limelit stops before it is exceeded.

Can I run Limelit from my own AI agent?

Yes. Limelit ships an MCP server, free with any account, so your agent can read the visibility, perception, citation and crawler evidence and draft the follow-up work. Prompt templates and the use-case gallery are included too, and a person stays accountable for what ships.

How is this different from a traditional SEO tool?

SEO tools measure where you rank on a results page. Limelit measures whether an assistant names you inside the answer itself, which sources it cited to get there, and whether AI crawlers can read your site at all.
